Founded by Simon Moxey and Oliver Webb, our firm brings together decades of experience in architecture, development, and construction.
Between them, Simon and Oliver have overseen some of the most exacting residential projects in the UK, homes defined by design integrity, technical precision, and enduring craftsmanship.
Simon’s background bridges both architecture, development, and project management, with over 25 years working on complex private residential projects.
A graduate of the Royal College of Art, his architectural grounding informs every aspect of our design process, ensuring that each project begins with a clear creative vision.
Oliver’s career spans over a decade in construction and development, from managing challenging sites to leading multi-million-pound builds. His practical understanding of programme, procurement, and detail ensures that design ambition is realised with efficiency and care.
Together, they established Moxey & Webb to unite design, build, and delivery under one roof, working alongside Moxey Associates, our in-house architectural studio, to offer clients a single, integrated service from first concept to completion.

Simon's great passion in life is architecture and design.
Simon grew up surrounded by construction, his father Tim an award-winning architect and developer, and Simon spent the first 10 years of his career working alongside him.
Simon's architectural qualifications are from two of the most prestigious schools in the world: The Bartlett at University College London, followed by a master’s at the Royal College of Art.
Having grown up in Poole, Dorset, Simon grew the family architectural practice, Moxey Associates, working in London, Lisbon, and Berlin.
The firm has designed and project managed an extensive range of buildings and projects here in the UK and abroad, from cosmetic stands in Selfridges and Harvey Nichols, to designing for Paul Smith, co-work spaces, wellness, hospitality, and luxury residential.
It is Simon's architecture practice, Moxey Associates, that works in parallel to Moxey & Webb on all of their projects, providing services from concept through to project management and interior design.
Simon brings a passionate enthusiasm to every project as if it was his first.
Oliver has had a passion for property and renovation since he was a youngster. Purchasing and renovating his first flat when he was 17 years old, since then he has developed and renovated countless properties, including a collection of holiday homes in the picturesque village of Hope Cove in Devon, and properties close to the harbour in Salcombe and Sandbanks. Oliver has always had a passion for the sea, enjoying surfing, swimming, and boating.
Oli’s love of the coast shines through in the buildings they create, always with a hint of the California lifestyle.
Oli takes great pride in the organisational side of the firm, including overseeing all accounting, HR, and project management.
His practical understanding of programme, procurement, and detail ensures that design ambition is realised with efficiency and care.

Your project team will consist of a dedicated in-house QS, charged with cost management, procurement, negotiating, and client reporting.
A highly experienced project manager dedicated to your project from start to finish.
A site manager dedicated to your project and on site every day (we do let them have the odd holiday).
Plus a team of labourers and multi-skilled tradesmen, licensed in operating a complete range of tools and machinery, with skills ranging from steel erection to groundworks, landscaping, resin floors, large-format tiling, and carpentry. All with a minimum of 3 years’ experience with Moxey & Webb.
The whole is overseen by our two directors, Oli and Simon.
We have a network of highly skilled, proven, and trusted subcontractors we can call on, spread across Southern England and abroad, allowing us to meet the most demanding of programmes.
